After a customer receives your invoice, Payt ensures a consistent follow up, all the possible payment methods and a communication platform. In most cases you will have your money within a few days. If payment is not made in time, your customer will be reminded of the outstanding invoice via Payt. It happens that your customer does not respond to a number of reminders. You have the option to send a final reminder, or even start an amicable debt collection process via Payt. You may keep the recovery costs charged to your customer for the latter process as additional revenue.
