Of the ten years that have shaped Payt, I have experienced one. During this time, I have noticed that a unique company culture has emerged; there is a lot of freedom, plenty of room for initiative, and a positive and optimistic atmosphere. The extensive way in which the 10th anniversary is celebrated underscores this.
Over a year ago, I started in the support department. Here, there was ample opportunity to learn all the ins and outs of how our software works. As a colleague with extensive experience in support departments put it: what a luxury that we are given the trust and time for this.
I can use this knowledge well in my current role as an implementation specialist. In other words, identifying what we can automate for customers and realizing this through the software. The transition was smooth and supported by colleagues and management. Very nice.
I hope to continue enjoying the delicious lunches, drinks on the top floor, occasionally dining out together, and a trip like the one to Lapland. And during drinks in the city, maybe some karaoke. I am certainly contributing my part.
If the approach of the past period can be maintained in the coming years, the future looks bright.
