Payt connects with nearly 650 invoicing, administration, and accounting packages. These integrations ensure that you, as a customer, can effortlessly manage your accounts receivable with the information from your accounting package. You can also immediately start a collection process if you notice that a customer is not paying.
Although we are quite proud that we connect with no less than 650 accounting, invoicing, and administration packages, it recently turned out that we had not yet realized a very important integration. IT start-up and fellow city resident Simplicate was not yet on the list of integrations. Last week, both parties made a change in this, and we are happy to tell you more about it.
Simplicate
Simplicate is, like Payt, a Groningen-based IT start-up. The software company of Gerard Loode and Peter Hager has developed a simple online solution in which CRM, sales, project management, and invoicing are combined into one easy-to-use package. This company ensures that you never have to work in multiple systems simultaneously again. From the first meeting with a potential customer to sending the invoices: Simplicate has captured the entire process in one tool. The only piece that was still missing was, you guessed it, accounts receivable management. Let Payt be quite good at that.
How does such an integration work?
Through the integration between the two online software packages, it is possible to automatically forward the invoices you sent from Simplicate to Payt, which then takes over the accounts receivable management for you. With a handy link to your payment data, Payt’s software can see whether an invoice has been paid within the payment term or if a reminder needs to be sent to the customer. The only thing you need to do once is set up after how many days your customers should receive an automated reminder. The reminders themselves are then automatically sent by Payt! You no longer have to worry about it and can focus on other matters!
