With Payt, you can seamlessly follow up through an automated collection process that complies with the Debt Collection Costs Act (WIK). Payments from debtors are always made directly to you—Payt is never in between. Adjusting collection and interest costs can also serve as a tool to maintain customer relationships. Besides calling, communicating via a platform has become very common and fully established, like with WhatsApp. When you add Payt to your administration, your customers automatically receive a platform where they can send messages at their convenience. These messages are neatly received in the Payt portal, where you can discuss them with a colleague or respond directly.
