Payt serves pharmacies that use Sanday. Simply upload all personal contribution invoices into Payt’s software, and the software will automatically send the invoices and, if necessary, reminders to patients regarding outstanding bills. Additionally, all invoices and reminders will include an iDEAL payment button, allowing patients to pay the bill easily and quickly. Prefer to pay the bill by direct debit? With one click of a button, the patient can provide authorisation.

How it works

To submit data to Payt, you use an AP304 file, which is available for Service Bureaus in Sanday. Invoice and debtor data are imported into Payt and used for customer invoice processing.

In the Declaration Settings Management, you specify that a service bureau (Payt) handles the administrative tasks of the pharmacy. After invoices are created, an AP304 file is generated for all customer invoices. This applies to all customers, whether they pay manually or via direct debit.

Starting with release 23.10, Sanday allows pharmacies to handle direct debits themselves while having the service bureau only print and send invoices.

NEN 7510 Certification

Payt is ISO/IEC 27001:2013 certified. This means that we comply with the international standard for Information Security Management System. In addition to ISO 27001, we are also NEN 7510 certified. This certification sets specific requirements for information security for healthcare institutions. Our clients can therefore trust that Payt handles their patients’ data adequately and securely.
