Reviews that are always genuine

As a practice owner or manager, you are often busy treating your patients or dealing with daily urgent matters in the practice. However, after the treatment, an important moment follows: the patient’s experience with you and your practice. From 28 May 2022, there is a ban on posting false consumer reviews on webshops and digital platforms. It is therefore very important to ensure the authenticity of the reviews. With ReviewCollect, this is possible. Additionally, there is a free included KRT and KRM accredited patient survey which earns you points in the Quality Register Dentists (www.krt.nu) and Quality Register Dental Hygienists (https://www.kieskrm.nl). Also standard included is the “atmosphere thermometer”, a continuous measurement of your team’s satisfaction.

About the partnership

Thanks to the connection between ReviewCollect and Payt, we can guarantee that the reviews written are always verified and genuine. ReviewCollect can therefore call itself a verified measurement agency on ZorgkaartNederland. Through the connection with Payt, you can, after approval, very easily have the relevant (necessary for the purpose) practice data directly (automatically) and securely forwarded to ReviewCollect in Payt. This allows ReviewCollect to ask patients who have been treated to leave a review of the treatment or fill in a patient satisfaction survey with the push of a button.
