Starting a debt collection case under your own control

Image

There’s nothing more frustrating than a customer who doesn’t pay despite multiple reminders. With Payt, you can follow up on outstanding invoices through a debt collection process with automated follow-ups. This works similarly to the invoicing process, reminding the customer of their outstanding debt through multiple channels.

You can start a debt collection process via Payt for just €19.95 per case. The statutory collection costs, which are charged to your customer, are yours to keep. These costs range from a minimum of €40 to a maximum of €6,775. Since these collection costs belong to you, you always have the flexibility to negotiate an alternative arrangement in the best interest of your organization. You could choose to reduce or waive the collection costs.

  • Only €19.95 per case
  • Always maintain full control throughout the entire process

"Instead of fifteen cases per year, we now only have one or two that need to be sent to a collection agency."

Complete
file documentation

You retain full control over the process. From the tone of voice in the letters to the decision to waive or collect collection costs, as well as the personal contact you maintain with your customer throughout the process—you are in charge. Need to temporarily pause a claim? You can do it with just one click.

If the amicable debt collection process does not result in payment, you can easily transfer the case to a bailiff. From the moment the invoice was sent, Payt has built a complete case file, which you can download and forward to a bailiff with just one click.
