From Payt, you transfer the entire file, including all invoices, reminders, and communication. Breyta then handles it personally. No automated letters, but a phone call. They find out what’s going on, look for a solution, and make concrete agreements. A direct payment, an arrangement, or another agreement: the goal is always to resolve the matter.

Meanwhile, they keep you, as the client, actively informed. No radio silence, but clear updates and open communication. Through the online portal, you can also view the status of all your files 24/7. This way, you always have an overview without having to chase it yourself.

If the amicable process unfortunately does not lead to a result, you don’t need to look for another party. Breyta has the knowledge and experience to also handle the legal follow-up process. The transfer from Payt to Breyta is free of charge. In the amicable process, we operate on a no cure, no pay basis: we only charge a percentage for a successful collection. The statutory collection costs and interest are passed on to the debtor. If a legal follow-up process is necessary, we always discuss the costs in advance.

Once your own reminder process no longer yields results, it’s wise to engage a collection agency. The longer you wait, the smaller the chance of a successful collection. Through Payt, you can directly transfer the case to Breyta as soon as the process is completed.
