Serge: “Previously, our accounts receivable management was a bit like cycling without a saddle – it worked, but it wasn’t comfortable. We used Exact Online, a great system for accounting, but less so for accounts receivable management. Sending each reminder felt like a mini-project in itself, and we constantly had to track down invoices as if we were detectives. Not really the best way to spend your time when you enjoy building digital solutions.”

Our entire team also finds the system much more user-friendly than Exact, which reduces stress over payments and reminders, and we spend much less time on administrative hassle.
