Following up via SmartCollect costs €19.95 per case. The additional costs that can legally be charged to your customer are entirely yours to keep. This amounts to a minimum of €40 and a maximum of €6,775. Because SmartCollect, unlike an external collection process, is fully under your control, you decide how to handle these costs. You can keep them to generate additional revenue or (partially) waive them in favor of the customer relationship.
