The integration between Twinfield and Payt enables the automatic transfer of (overdue) invoices to Payt. This connection allows you, as a Twinfield user, to automatically initiate reminder workflows. In doing so, Payt automates your organization’s debtor management, cutting your current workload on receivables in half. In addition, the average outstanding balance decreases by more than 30%.
After a customer receives their invoice, Payt ensures prompt follow-up on your behalf. In most cases, this means you receive your money within just a few days.
It’s also possible to start an automated and fully legally valid (pre-)collection process via the Payt software, if payment is not made on time. You may keep the collection fees charged to your customer as additional revenue.
