How it works
For linking your Exquise Next Generation administration, two options are available. You can link by supplying data via a factoring file (mz301), but you can also use the existing Twinfield or Exact Online connection in Exquise Next Generation, in which case Exquise Next Generation also automatically synchronizes the invoice documents to Payt. We would be happy to make the choice together with you based on your situation.
Of course, the invoices are prepared with your practice’s logo and your details, and patients pay directly into your bank account (via an iDEAL payment button or QR code in the email or through their own invoice file). If the patient has not paid within the specified payment term, Payt follows this up automatically. Naturally, the reconciliation of payments is also beautifully automated, so you have hardly any work on that. Thanks to this connection, you get paid much faster with less work, lower costs, and more control.

Your patients can access their invoices through a personal link they receive via email, directing them to checkinvoices.com. From there, they can securely access their personal invoice file using a postal code and house number verification.
