Additionally, reconciling payments through Rabo Smart Pay means you won’t need an extra reconciliation module. This makes it even easier for Rabobank customers.

Payt adds a payment option to every message sent to debtors. Through Rabo Smart Pay, we offer our customers and their debtors online payment options across multiple European countries. In the Netherlands, we provide iDEAL and QR codes; in Germany, WERO; and in Belgium, Bancontact. No matter what product or service you offer online, Rabo Smart Pay always has a suitable payment solution.

Easy onboarding

As a Rabobank customer with a Rabo Smart Pay account, adding an iDEAL payment option to invoices and reminders is simple. Since Rabobank already knows you, you only need to enter your contract number and link Rabo Smart Pay to your Payt account. That’s how easy it is to integrate Rabo Smart Pay with Payt.

Making Payments Easy

“About a third of our customers bank with Rabobank,” says Sander Kamstra, director of Payt. “Many customers themselves asked us for this integration with Rabo Smart Pay. We do not want to compromise on the goal of making invoice payments as easy as possible, and this integration fits that aim,” says Kamstra. Through Rabo Smart Pay, our customers can also make payments via credit card or a Payment Request, in addition to iDEAL or a QR code. They also have access to the Rabo Smart Pay dashboard, where they can track all payments by location. This allows us to serve our joint customers as effectively as possible. Take customers who do not regularly reconcile. With the integration with Rabo Smart Pay, we receive a notification when an invoice is paid. This way, we can inform the customer in a timely manner that they do not need to send a reminder. This integration with Rabo Smart Pay is another step forward in providing peace of mind.
